Worthy Man, Worthy Woman is mixed gender workshop that blends authentic sharing with powerful ritual to foster deeper connection, understanding and union between men and women.

This is a space where we share our fears, our desires, our appreciations and also open ourselves to be held and supported by the other in the ways we deeply desire.

This is not only about breaking down barriers and understanding each other through words. This is a felt experience, a chance to re-write past events, act as allies in each others’ healing journeys and receive an embodied experience of what’s possible when we come together with open hearts.

Vulnerable, revealing, reassuring

Monika is an incredible space holder. As soon as I entered her space I felt very comfortable to be open and share, sharing vulnerabilities that I haven’t even shared with friends. The whole workshop was beautifully curated & very powerful. It gave me a greater understanding of men & the masculine & I took a lot away that will help me in relationships going forwards. It was so special to come together with men and women in a shared space. I found it enlightening to hear from men, to realise that we all have similar fears, desires, and ideas of the masculine and feminine. It was also wonderful to be held in such a healthy space where I could express myself freely in my own masculine and feminine, with no expectation of how I “should” be or act.
