Do you struggle to advocate for yourself, create healthy boundaries or express what you truly desire and need? Or have you found yourself in challenging relationship situations, without knowing how to communicate through the conflict?
This course will look at how we can authentically express ourselves with courage and grace, from the smallest of circumstances to the most challenging situations.

Empowered Woman
My signature group program, Empowered Woman (previously Stepping into Your Most Empowered Self), is a deeply supportive and transformational group coaching program guiding women on the cusp of change through the seven steps of feminine empowerment.
Over 16 weeks, you will learn tangible tools of self-mastery that will take you from feeling stuck and playing it small to feeling confident, clear and able to fully express all sides of yourself, as a human and as a woman..
